5. Incorrect Address or Missing Information
 
 Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
Vortex Mass is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
 
If you entered the wrong address:

If your order has not shipped yet, we will update your address.

If it has already shipped, the carrier may not allow changes.
 
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
 
 If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

• Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

• Contact your local post office or carrier

 
Vortex Mass is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we will help you file a claim or explore possible solutions.
 
7. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
 
International customers are responsible for:
 

• Any customs fees

• Import taxes

• Duties charged by your country
